We respect intellectual property rights. Klipo doesn't host any video: files go directly from TikTok's and Instagram's servers to the user's device. We still take every copyright notice seriously.

How to send a notice

Send your notice to: [✏️ your email], and include:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you own.
2. The TikTok or Instagram link(s) to the content concerned.
3. Your name and contact details (email, and phone number if possible).
4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights owner, their agent or the law.
5. A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your electronic or physical signature.

What we do next

We review the notice and reply as soon as possible. We may block the reported links from being processed in Klipo.

Removal at the source

Because the content is hosted on TikTok or Instagram, the most effective way to have it removed is to report it to the platform directly using TikTok's copyright form or Instagram's copyright form.
